Can I do my evaluation over telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth evaluations are available across Texas and cover the same ground as an in-person visit.
What should I bring or prepare beforehand?
A list of your main concerns and when they began, your current medications and supplements, and any past diagnoses, hospitalizations, or treatments you've tried. Jotting down questions ahead of time helps too.
Will I get a diagnosis at my first visit?
Sometimes. Other times it takes a follow-up visit or two to see the full picture. Either way, you'll leave with a clear next step.
What happens after the evaluation?
We'll discuss recommendations together, whether that's medication, a referral, or lifestyle changes, and schedule a follow-up to check in on how things are going.
